Introduction
The Property Analysis API retrieves statistical information of sales and bonds for a specified area.
It allows users to search for sales or bonds analysis information, as calculated, for the specific area. Request input is via an SEOID obtained using APIs in the AfriGIS Search product group.
The address type levels for which responses are returned:
- sublocality_level_1
- sublocality_level_2
- locality
- adminarea_level_3
- adminarea_level_2
- adminarea_level_1
- country

Sales
API Name: property-analysis
The sales related endpoints give information regarding property sales in a specified area and includes a summary of address details, property distribution information and sales trends per year. Information is available from 1990 and results could change based on updates performed by the deeds office.
Bonds
API Name: property-analysis
Information relating to bonds registered in a specific area are provided using the bonds endpoints in the API. The results provide insights into the address information for the area, property distribution and bonds trends per year. Information is available from 1990 and updated as new information is received from the deeds office.
