The Property API gives you fast, structured access to national property deeds data — ownership, transfers, historical records, and parcel identifiers.

Overview

Requests

Retrieve the full history of ownership transfers for a property, using its cadastral reference or LPI code. Results can optionally be filtered to only include transfers with a purchase date or registration date after a specified date.

Results

The result includes the property’s title deed number, purchase date, registration date, and purchase price for each transfer on record, along with the buyer(s) involved — company, trust, or private individual — including their percentage share where a property is co-owned. Transfers are ordered most recent first, giving you the complete ownership chain for a parcel in a single call.
